The theme of this years’ Congress will be Digital Frontiers – Linguistic Rights and Freedom of Speech. We are working closely with Icelandic PEN to put together a varied and exciting programme, including Centre training workshops, Free the Word! literary events, and a Cultural reception.

This year, the Reykjavik literary festival will begin during the Congress week; delegates will be welcome to attend readings and panels and have the opportunity to give public readings of their own work at public venues throughout the city.
